Who handles your data

The “Request a demo” form

We collect business name, city, phone and industry. We use them only to get back to you about the demo you asked for (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is delivered to our email through the FormSubmit service. We keep this data only as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months if no working relationship follows.

Cookieless statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, so no consent is needed.

Analytics cookies, only with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the banner we enable:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): visit statistics with anonymised IP. Cookies _ga, _ga_*, lasting up to 14 months.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd): heatmaps and anonymous session recordings to understand what to improve. Cookies _clck, _clsk and similar, lasting up to 12 months. Form fields are masked.

If you click “Reject” or make no choice, these tools stay off. You can change your mind at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the EU under GDPR safeguards (Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to davidesalvatore530@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
